All Well Property Services is a South East London builder. Our core work is full property renovation: taking a tired house back to brick and rebuilding it to a standard you would actually want to live in. Around that we handle kitchen extensions, loft conversions, bathroom fitting, side return and garage conversions, damp proofing, painting and decorating, end of tenancy work, and bespoke media wall installation.
One project manager owns every job from the first site visit to handover, on a fixed-price contract agreed before work starts, with full Building Control sign-off and NICEIC electrical certification. We have completed over 100 projects across 25 South East London boroughs since 2020, and Richard runs each one personally.
