Trade Partner Referral Programme

£500 per contracted extension. £250 per bathroom. Open terms your client can read on this page.

Who This Is For

If you work in property in South London, people ask you for builder recommendations. Estate agents get it from buyers taking on unmodernised Victorian terraces. Architects get it the moment planning is granted. Surveyors flag damp and tired bathrooms in every homebuyer report. Showroom staff and other trades get asked over the counter.

Putting a name forward is a risk to your reputation, so we make two commitments. First, your client gets the same fixed-price contract and the same price as anyone who finds us on Google. Second, you hear from us at every stage of their project, from site visit to handover, so you're never the last to know.

In return, we pay your firm a fee for every referral that turns into a contracted job. Not for enquiries, not for quotes. Jobs.

The Fees

£500

Projects of £20,000+

Kitchen extensions, wraparounds, full renovations, loft conversions.

£250

Projects of £4,000 to £19,999

Bathrooms, wet rooms, media walls, damp proofing, decorating packages.

Jobs under £4,000 don't carry a fee. There's no cap on volume: six referred jobs in a year means six fees.

How It Works

1

Introduce us

Text or email Richard the client's name and number, or tell the client to mention you when they call. Both count as your referral, logged the day it arrives.

2

We quote

Free site visit, then a fixed-price quote in writing within 48 hours. Your client pays our standard price. The referral fee never comes out of their quote.

3

They sign

Once the client signs the contract, pays their deposit, and the 14-day cooling-off period has passed, your fee is confirmed. We tell you at every stage: visit booked, quote sent, contract signed.

4

You invoice us

Invoice us for the fee and we pay within 14 days. Paid to your firm, with VAT added if you're registered.

The Terms, In Full

These are the complete introducer terms. Nothing sits behind them. If you're an estate agent, Trading Standards guidance requires you to disclose referral fees to your client, which is why the figures are published here rather than agreed in private.

  1. We pay an introduction fee for each client you refer who signs a contract with us: £500 for projects of £20,000 or more, £250 for projects between £4,000 and £19,999.
  2. The fee is due once the client has signed, paid their deposit, and the 14-day cooling-off period has passed. Invoice us and we pay within 14 days.
  3. Fees are paid to your firm, not to individuals on the quiet. You're responsible for your own tax, and for any disclosure your professional rules require. These terms are public, so disclosure is one line.
  4. Referred clients pay our standard prices. The fee comes out of our marketing budget, not their quote.
  5. A referral counts when you introduce the client to us directly, or the client names you on first contact. One fee per project, no cap on how many you send.
  6. Either side can end the arrangement at any time. Fees already earned still get paid.

Before You Put Your Name Near Us

Judge the work first. We've completed over 100 projects across 25 London boroughs since 2020, with 57+ Google reviews averaging 4.5 stars. Every project runs on a fixed-price contract, with NICEIC electrical certification, FENSA glazing registration, and Building Control sign-off included.

If you'd rather see it than read it, ask Richard to show you a current site. That offer stands for any agent, architect, or surveyor considering the programme.
