Our Story
All Well Property Services was founded in 2020 by Richard after years of watching homeowners get a raw deal from fragmented contractors. One team for electrics, another for plumbing, a third for the build, and nobody taking responsibility for the whole project.
Richard set up All Well with a simple model. One team, one project manager, one fixed price. Every trade is coordinated in-house. Every project gets a single point of contact. The price agreed before work starts is the price you pay.
Since 2020 we have completed over 100 renovation projects across 25 London boroughs. Kitchen extensions in Dulwich, loft conversions in Bromley, whole-house renovations in Battersea, side returns in Clapham, bathrooms in Crystal Palace.

Director & Project Manager
Richard founded All Well in 2020 after watching too many homeowners get let down by disorganised contractors. Missed deadlines, hidden costs, nobody to hold accountable. He manages every project personally, from the first site visit to the final sign-off.
Joel
Lead Builder
Joel runs our crews on-site. Structural steelwork, first fix, second fix, final finishes. He sets the build quality standard on every project and he does not tolerate shortcuts.
Les
Multi-Skill Tradesman
Les is the team's all-rounder. Tiling, plastering, joinery, general building work. His versatility keeps projects moving when a specialist would be overkill.
Andre
Electrician
Andre handles all electrical work. Full rewires, consumer unit upgrades, lighting design, smart home installations. NICEIC certified, Part P notifications done properly.
Patrick
Carpenter
Patrick builds staircases, fits kitchens, hangs doors, and installs bespoke joinery. His carpentry is the finishing detail that turns a building project into a home.
Ron
Plumber
Ron handles all plumbing and heating. Bathroom installations, boiler connections, underfloor heating, drainage. Clean work, every job, every time.
