Three days site time, sash windows masked throughout to protect the leaded glass.

Full restoration of a decorative timber porch on a Victorian villa in SE19. The original carved bargeboards and side-panel mullions had degraded after decades of South London weather — softening at the joints, paint flaking back to bare timber. Stripped back to substrate, repaired the failed sections with matching profile work, primed and undercoated with full preservative system, and finished in heritage green and white to match the Crystal Palace conservation context. Two-bedroom repaint in SE20, five minutes from our Limes Avenue office. Full prep across both rooms: filler on hairline cracks, sanded back all woodwork, primer on bare timber, two top coats on every wall and ceiling. The first room finished in a soft sage green with brilliant white skirting and architrave. The second room a deeper smoky blue, applied across all four walls and the ceiling for a wrapping effect. Trade-grade emulsion throughout, eggshell on doors and trim. Carpets and existing furniture protected with full dust-screen run from the front door. Two-day site time.

New shower-room fully tanked with a recessed niche and wet-area drainage, taken back to bare plaster ready for microcement and second-fix. NICEIC-certified rewire to BS 7671 across the property. Steel table-leg framework powder-coated black, fitted across the floor with engineered oak floorboards underneath, ready for top installation. Coordinated alongside the kitchen team's installation schedule so the trade fit-out finished within their pre-opening window.
