Bespoke media wall in a Crystal Palace living room (SE19), built out as a stud frame and finished in hand-applied microcement so the whole face reads as one smooth grey surface with no visible fixings. The TV is recessed flush into the wall, with a concealed soundbar in a slot beneath it and an inset glass-fronted electric fire with a log-effect bed below that. Fluted display niches flank the screen, each with warm LED downlighting on a dimmer. Power, HDMI and the fire's supply were run into the recesses at first fix, boarded, then plastered, microcemented and finished at second fix, so nothing trails and the cabling is hidden.

Full hallway and stairwell repaint on an Edwardian terrace in SE21. The original stained glass front door, parquet floor, and decorative cornice all stayed — restored, not replaced. Walls in deep sage with crisp white woodwork on the staircase, balusters, and panelling. Two coats of trade-grade emulsion on the walls, oil-based eggshell on the spindles and skirting after full prep. The brass-lined pendant on the landing pulls the upper space together. Three days site time, sash windows masked throughout to protect the leaded glass.

Full restoration of a decorative timber porch on a Victorian villa in SE19. The original carved bargeboards and side-panel mullions had degraded after decades of South London weather — softening at the joints, paint flaking back to bare timber. Stripped back to substrate, repaired the failed sections with matching profile work, primed and undercoated with full preservative system, and finished in heritage green and white to match the Crystal Palace conservation context. Two-bedroom repaint in SE20, five minutes from our Limes Avenue office. Full prep across both rooms: filler on hairline cracks, sanded back all woodwork, primer on bare timber, two top coats on every wall and ceiling. The first room finished in a soft sage green with brilliant white skirting and architrave. The second room a deeper smoky blue, applied across all four walls and the ceiling for a wrapping effect. Trade-grade emulsion throughout, eggshell on doors and trim. Carpets and existing furniture protected with full dust-screen run from the front door. Two-day site time.

Full property renovation in SW6 covering non-structural strip-out and rebuild. New shower-room fully tanked with a recessed niche and wet-area drainage, taken back to bare plaster ready for microcement and second-fix. NICEIC-certified rewire to BS 7671 across the property. Coordinated 5 trades through the build under a single project manager, with weekly photo updates.

Commercial painting and decorating for the Brown & Green hospitality brand. Steel table-leg framework powder-coated black, fitted across the floor with engineered oak floorboards underneath, ready for top installation. Coordinated alongside the kitchen team's installation schedule so the trade fit-out finished within their pre-opening window.

Full 3 bedroom renovation on a Victorian terrace in SE19. Reconfigured the entrance layout into an open-plan kitchen/diner. Hallway opened up at the same time, original parquet protected throughout the build with full sheeting. New internal doors fitted with frosted glazed panels, walls plastered in two coats and finished. The fixed-price contract. Build time 4 weeks before the new owners moved in.
