Having been let down by another local painting firm, All Well really helped with our exterior window painting. Richard did a great job, and quickly. I’m a landlord living quite a way away and he answered the phone himself, listened carefully to the problem, and arranged to visit my tenant and do the job next day. Richard and his team provided an excellent painting and decorating service on our rented out property. He was polite, flexible and great at communicating, which made the whole process so much easier and stress free. Considering we were giving instructions from a distance, unable to attend, he was extremely helpful by giving access to other contractors and taking in and even collecting deliveries. The work itself looked great in the pictures and was described as faultless by my dad. It was a relief to find someone who you could trust and we are very grateful. I used All Well Property Services for the renovation on my 4 bed property. We got the whole place stripped out, new kitchen and bath rooms fitted. We also got fitted wardrobes and the whole house painted. They did an excellent and professional job, the property was left immaculate and the everything was done to perfection. Richard did an excellent job on the damaged porch. He gives reasonable quotations to jobs and no job is too small for him by far the best we have ever tried for work on our property, besides the good neat tidy work he does, his customer service, punctuality and communications are 1st class.Glad there are still genuine decorators like Richard about, his focus is to deliver the best service possible to his clients and he did deliver!
