Most renovations take 2-4 weeks. We’ll discuss temporary arrangements during your consultation—if you have a second bathroom, that’s usually fine. For single-bathroom households, we can sometimes phase the work to maintain access to essential facilities, though this depends on the scope.
Either way works. Some clients prefer to choose everything themselves—tiles, toilet, basin, taps—and we install what they provide. Others prefer us to source materials, which we’re happy to do. We’ll advise on what works and what to avoid.
Usually, yes. Repositioning fixtures requires moving drainage and waste pipes, which adds to the job, but it’s often worth it for a better layout. We’ll assess what’s possible during the site visit—sometimes the existing soil stack position limits options.
